Procurement Officer
South Tangerang
We're looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage our purchasing operations. You'll handle price quotations, launch and execute tenders for materials and services with approved suppliers, and monitor/communicate delivery status. This role also involves liaising with vendors to resolve shipment and invoice discrepancies, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and managing warranty and claims processes.
Requirements
Hold at least bachelor's degree (S1) in any related field
Fresh graduate from the Aeronautical Engineering or Engineering from the reputable university are welcomed to apply
Has experience maximum 1-2 years in relevan industries much preferable.
Communicative in English, both oral and written
Proactive and driven to learn a person
Willing to work in Pondok Cabe Airport, South Tangerang and Wahid Hasyim, Central Jakarta (if needed)
Responsibilities
Handle price quotation, launch and execute tenders for materials and services procurement with an approved supplier list
Monitor and Communicate delivery/purchase order status
Liaise with vendor on shipment and invoice discrepancies
Comply with procurement policies and procedures
Responsible for warranty and claims process
Another job as directed by the user
